Privacy Policy

Adviti Consulting Private Limited ("Adviti", "we", "our", "us") is committed to protecting the privacy of all individuals whose personal data we process, including clients, candidates, and visitors to adviti.in. Our privacy practices are designed in strict alignment with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA) and associated Rules.

Data Collection and Minimisation

We adhere to the principle of data minimisation, collecting only the personal data that is strictly necessary for the stated purpose of each engagement. Personal data collected via this website or during the course of an executive search assignment includes, but is not limited to: full name, contact details, professional history, compensation benchmarks, and mandate-specific credentials.

Purpose Limitation & Explicit Consent

All personal data is collected on the basis of explicit, informed consent in accordance with Section 6 of the DPDPA. Data Principals (individuals whose data is processed) retain the right to withdraw consent at any time by contacting us at compliance@adviti.in. Data will not be processed for purposes other than those explicitly stated at the time of collection.

Candidate Tracking & Validation

Candidate profiles maintained in our proprietary talent intelligence systems are subject to periodic validation. We do not transfer candidate data to third parties (including client organisations) without explicit written consent from the candidate. All candidate tracking is conducted in compliance with the DPDPA's provisions on automated processing and profiling.

Data Retention

Personal data is retained only for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law. Post-engagement, candidate profiles are anonymised or deleted upon request within 30 days of a validated data erasure notice.

Engagement Terms

No Fees Charged to Candidates

Adviti Consulting Private Limited operates exclusively on a client-mandated, employer-paid model. No fee of any nature is charged to any candidate at any stage of the recruitment process. Exclusivity and Confidentiality

Retained mandates are handled on an exclusive basis and are subject to a mutual confidentiality agreement executed prior to commencement. All candidate names, client identities, and commercial terms disclosed during an engagement are treated as strictly confidential and may not be shared without written authorisation.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Engagement Terms and all disputes arising from or in connection with any mandate or agreement with Adviti Consulting Private Limited shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka, India for the resolution of any such dispute.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Adviti's aggregate liability arising from any mandate engagement shall not exceed the retainer fees paid by the client in the 90-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
